What is E-Democracy?

E-Democracy is an e-mail and web forum which fosters discussion of local issues brought forth by members of the community.

E-Democracy employs a basic set of operating policies that make the discussions different from what is found on many Internet forums. A few of these rules include:

• The issues discussed have a local focus
• Participants use their real names
• Each person can only post a maximum of two times a day
• Comments must remain civil
